Round Announcement Notifications

A new Round announcement notification feature has been added to the Event Settings page. With this enhancement, purchasers will now receive email notifications whenever a new round is scheduled. This update is designed to improve the user experience by allowing purchasers to stay informed about upcoming events without the need to log in regularly.
