RFI Offline Question Weights
We're excited to introduce the ability for purchasers to add weights per question offline. When the weights option from RFI Settings is enabled, the RFI template will now include a new section in the Information sheet and a corresponding column in the RFI sheet labeled "Question weight %." By default, the column value will be zero.
Upon uploading, users will notice updates to the "Total question weight" progress bar and the "Question weight" badge, reflecting the offline changes. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in RFI scoring, allowing purchasers to customize question weights according to their preferences.
RFI File Responses
Users can now download RFI File Responses conveniently in a Zip file format, encompassing file attachments from all participating bidders who have uploaded them as part of their RFI answers.
This functionality proves invaluable for customers seeking to analyze and compare bulk bidder file uploads effortlessly. Additionally, it serves as a practical solution for sharing and archiving records from events.

Users can now swiftly create and submit requests based on previous ones, saving time and expediting the request process.
RFI Analysis Report
You can now download an RFI Analysis Report in Excel format, in Autonomous Sourcing. This report encompasses RFI questions and answers from all participating suppliers. Users can analyze and compare supplier answers in bulk, providing a comprehensive view of RFI responses.

Case Sensitivity in Group Filtering
We've resolved a case sensitivity issue in group filtering. Previously, some items were incorrectly excluded when filtering a large group with varied capitalization in the underlying data. With the latest update, the filter is now case-insensitive for 'contains,' 'is,' and 'is not' operators, ensuring accurate inclusion of all relevant items.
