Bid Panel tab

Bid panels provide an opportunity to create enriched supplier profiles with additional information that can be used to provide more context in manual supplier selection and in some cases, leveraged for rule-based supplier selection.

One bot can use multiple bid panels and a bid panel can be used by multiple bots.

Manage supplier list

The supplier list applies to your entire organization, meaning you can have one list that includes all suppliers available to your organization. 

To manage a supplier list:

  1. Navigate to the Bid panels tab on the Autonomous Sourcing page
  2. Select Manage supplier list
  3. Click Download
  4. Populate the supplier list spreadsheet and upload
  5. Confirm the changes, or discard

Ensure that the organization name listed in the bid panel matches the organization name in the supplier list.

Add a new bid panel

The bid panels are a subset of your supplier list specifically for your Bot.

To add a new bid panel:

  1. Navigate to the Bid panels tab on the Autonomous Sourcing page
  2. Select New bid panel
  3. Name the bid panel, and add a description if required
  4. Click Create
  5. Download the bid panel template by selecting the Download button
  6. Populate the bid panel template, and upload the Excel file
  7. Confirm or Discard the changes

After uploading a bid panel, you can edit the Excel file offline by selecting Download to retrieve the most recent version of the bid panel. The title and description of a bid panel can be changed online by clicking Edit information. You can archive the bid panel or view its history by clicking the actions icon.

The bid panel tab is only available and accessible to users with Organization Owner and Standard User account roles.
