Bot information refers to general workflow details, not specific settings and configurations of the workflow itself. Providing and selecting the specified Bot information is crucial as it assists users and the Keelvar platform in discovering and referring to the workflows effectively.
You can add and update the following fields and selections by clicking the pencil icon:
- Name
- Description
- Alias (only uppercase letters are permitted)
- Bot color scheme
- Bot icon
Using names that your team recognizes and clearly describing the Bot's purpose and target intended users is recommended. The event and request IDs will be linked to the alias defined in the Bot information section.
Changes to the Bot information are applied immediately after updating.
