Set the default event information that will be included as part of each request. These include the Event name, description, and welcome message. If these fields have been filled out in the Bot template, that data will be included.
The field information in an event can either remain static, being the same for all events created through a request, or it can be filled in dynamically using data from the intake form fields. To reference intake form fields and other workflow details, simply press the / key twice (//) to see a list of available fields and select the ones you need. By combining static and dynamically populated fields, you can create event information that automatically includes specific details tailored to each request, enhancing the richness of the provided information.
By clicking on the Edit option in the event details tab, Bot Architects can:
- Modify the event name
- Revise the description
- Incorporate a welcome message
- Set the default event duration for each event in days, hours, and minutes.
- Optionally, exclude Saturdays and Sundays from this default
