Bid Activity (Dutch Auctions)

The Activity page serves as a centralized dashboard that offers stakeholders real-time tracking capabilities during an auction. On the Activity page, users can access a range of features and data points that provide a comprehensive overview of the auction progress. This includes live updates on current bids, information on competing bidders, details on auction items, and insights into bidding trends.

  1. Event information stats: Auction start time, and Price change time
  2. Lots: Total number of lots in the event
  3. With bids: Number of lots with bids
  4. Without bids: Number of lots without bids
  5. Bidders: Total number of Bidders in the event
  6. Number of Bidders online
  7. Number of Bidders offline 
  8. With bids: Number of Bidders with at least one bid
  9. Without bids: Number of Bidders with zero bids
  10. Price over time: Price vs. Time graph. The line will stop at the awarded price if a bid is awarded, or at the reserve price if a bid is not awarded
  11. Filters: Users can filter by Lot ID, Awarded, or by Reacehd reserve price
  12. Activity: This table updates with every bid that is submitted. The table can be filtered according to Action, Bidder and Lot
  13. Action: Bid or Failed bid
  14. Lot: Lot ID
  15. BidderShows if the Bidder is online or offline 
  16. Contact name: The name of the Bidder organization that submitted a bid
  17. Description: Value awarded, or reason for bid failure
  18. Timestamp:  The timestamp for the bid being placed

  1. Lots: Total number of lots in the event
  2. Bidding in progress: Number of lots that are still open for bidding
  3. Bids accepted: Number of lots that have been awarded
  4. Reserve reached: Number of lots that have reached the reserve price
  5. Visible columns: A user can show and hide any of the columns
  6. Download: User can download the table
  7. Lot: Shows all lots available in the event

  8. Bidder: Shows if a Bidder is online or offline

  9. Interval: Reflects the interval the lot was awarded in, or the lot reached the reserve price

  10. Available bidders: Shows how many bidders this lot is visible to

  11. Reserve price: The lot reserve price

  12. Ask price: The current ask price of the lot. The value will refresh automatically with each new ask price

  13. Bid status: Accepted, Bidding, Closed - reserve price

  14. Timestamp: The timestamp at which the lot was awarded or reached the reserve price
