RFI template enhancement

We have now arranged the RFI dropdown list in alphabetical order to simplify your RFI process.

Autonomous Sourcing

Intelligent intake

The Autonomous Sourcing Intelligent Intake offers a user-friendly interface designed for requesters. This feature allows users to create procurement requests using simple descriptions. It uses AI to suggest appropriate Bots based on the information provided. Additionally, it provides quick access to recently used Bots and allows easy navigation to recent requests when text prompts may not be ideal.

This feature can be enabled or disabled based on your organization preference. Contact your Customer Success Manager for additional information or to enable the feature.

Intake form radio button

We have included a radio button as a choice for the field type in input forms. Users can now opt to utilize a radio button interface to show single select options in the form. The Bot architect can decide on the preferred question style for their form intake.

Multi-item Excel upload

Users now have the option to upload multiple item details offline using an Excel file through the bid sheet. This feature allows customers to upload an Excel file containing details of multiple items for their request, instead of manually entering information for each item on the online form.

Exclude weekends from event duration

Weekends can now be excluded from the default event duration setting. If an event spans over a weekend and weekends are excluded from the event duration, those days will not be counted. However, if weekends are included in the event duration, they will be considered in the total event duration.

Bidding duration flexibility

Bot owners can now set the default bidding duration for requests created by a Bot. The new duration will only apply to future requests sent to the bot and will not affect ongoing or completed requests.

Awarded Scenario enhancement

We have improved the way Awarded Scenarios are shown by adding more detailed information for easier comparison. Now, the award details such as items, winners, and costs are all listed within the scenarios.

Bidder Updates

Activation code display

Bidders can now view their activation code for 2FA as text that can be read and copied, rather than just a QR code. Displaying the code in plain text makes it simple for users to copy and paste it into the tool instead of having to type it manually.

Name change

We have changed the name of the Questions tab to RFI by default, but this name is easily editable from the Design > RFI > Settings page. The default name will only change for newly created events. Customized tab names are limited to 31 characters.
