🚀What's New

General Updates

Dashboard data export

A purchaser now can export the data that is used to populate the Dashboard. This new functionality is useful for those who wish to conduct their analysis offline. By having access to the data, Purchasers can apply their specific analytical methods and tools to gain deeper insights, tailor their reports, and make more informed decisions based on their unique requirements.

Dashboard viewer restriction

All Purchaser users have access to the Dashboard by default. Contact your CSM or the support team if you wish to restrict access to the Dashboard for restricted users.

Sourcing Optimizer

Event error notification email

When an event is paused due to an error, a Purchaser will now receive an email notification to inform them about the interruption. This email will also provide the exact time and date when the pause occurred. Additionally, the notification email includes a link that allows the Purchaser to directly open and review the event.

Autonomous Sourcing

Add a section to an Intake form

A Bot Architect can now add sections to the Intake form online. This allows users to organize and categorize various fields under distinct sections. Moreover, this functionality is particularly beneficial in scenarios where multiple requesters are involved in filling out different parts of the form.

Bid step Admin role

Users who are assigned to the Bid step in a Bot workflow will now have the Admin role in the sourcing event instead of the Editor role. You can review the details of the event roles on the Team member roles page.

Bidder Updates

Event rejection explanation

Bidders now have the option to provide a reason when declining an invitation. While giving a reason is not mandatory, Bidders can select from various predefined options, including an Other category allowing additional comments. The reason provided will be visible to the Purchaser on their invitation list.
