Load balancing rule

In this release, we've added a new load balancing rule to improve scenario evaluation in logistic sourcing projects. This feature helps users optimize volume allocations, reducing empty vessel occurrences and transportation delays, which enhances overall operational efficiency. The introduction of this load balancing rule entails adding a new rule to our existing set of scenario rules.

Bid adjustment for Dutch Auctions

We're excited to introduce a Bid adjustment rule for Dutch Auctions, enabling Purchasers to give certain Bidders advantages or disadvantages. They can set custom start and reserve prices for each Bidder per lot, applying positive or negative handicaps as needed, along with comments for context. Bid adjustments can only be made for lots not yet accepted when the event is paused. This feature allows Purchasers to strategically influence bidding by adjusting prices for different Bidders, enhancing auction flexibility and competitiveness.

Autonomous Sourcing

UX improvements for Supplier group settings

Users can now easily access supplier group settings during the Select Supplier step. A new link in the upper-right corner of the Supplier Group settings section takes users directly to the detailed view of the supplier group in a new tab, allowing for quick edits and improving efficiency.

Import a template from the Bot page

You can now import a template directly from the main workflow page. Simply click the action button next to Edit bot info to access the import option.

Validation rules UX change

We have redesigned the Validation Rules tab to improve user experience and navigation. By rethinking the layout and functionality of this tab, we are committed to providing a more user-friendly interface that facilitates easier access to validation rules.

General Updates

Keelvarsity

Users who are upgraded from restricted users to standard users or organization owners will now be automatically added to Keelvarsity. This update streamlines the user experience, ensuring that all upgraded users are seamlessly enrolled into Keelvarsity training and can learn to utilise Keelvar to the fullest.
