DAT Freight & Analytics

We’re thrilled to introduce a new integration that boosts your North American truckload procurement with real-time market data! Partnering with DAT Freight & Analytics, Keelvar now offers DAT iQ’s pricing and analytics on our platform. This update equips you with smarter tools for better decision-making and optimizes your sourcing process. Access real-time insights into spot and contract freight markets, minimizing manual tasks and errors. High-quality freight rates from DAT iQ are integrated to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency, enabling you to negotiate better rates with confidence.

Autonomous Sourcing

Multi Round

A Bot user can now configure multiple rounds of bidding in Autonomous Sourcing. These enhancements offer improved capabilities to drive price compression during the event. Use conditional logic to progress or terminate bidding rounds based on predefined conditions. 

Sourcing Optimizer

Lot group capacity limits

A Purchaser now has the ability to request that a Bidder indicate a specific capacity limit that pertains to lot groups, as outlined in the bid sheet. This enhancement allows Purchasers to gain a clearer understanding of the constraints and capabilities associated with each bid.

Export Bidder submitted bundles

We've added a new Bundle Bids sheet to the bid analysis report. This allows purchasers to export key data such as Bidder names, bundle names, lot IDs, and bid values. When bundle bidding is enabled, the report will be organized by Bidder organization and bundle name, with the price per bundle displayed in the last row. Only bundles with submitted pricing will be included.

Dutch Auctions percentage price change

In a Dutch auction, Purchasers can now set the price change type to Percentage, alongside the Fixed option. This update enables significant increases or decreases in ask price based on a percentage of the current price. It includes validation to ensure the reserve price can be met and proper formatting in bid sheet templates, both online and offline. A warning appears when switching from Fixed to Percentage in an active Dutch auction. The system also checks for issues that could hinder reaching the reserve price, giving users error messages before publishing.

New notification icon for Purchasers

We’ve added a new notification icon to inform Purchasers that reports generated in the bidders preview are not visible to bidders in their Bidder history. This enhancement ensures clear communication and helps Purchasers understand the visibility of their reports.
