Notification settings

You can now customize your email notification preferences directly in the Notification Settings section of the Account Settings page. Notifications are organized by product and type, allowing you to fine-tune your experience. Default settings may vary across products, ensuring tailored communication from the start.

Sourcing Optimizer

Schedule invites

You can now schedule invites for uninvited bidders to be sent at a specific date and time. Scheduled invites will include all bidders, including those added after scheduling. Use the edit icon to modify or the delete icon to cancel a scheduled invite. If an operation fails, the scheduler will receive an email detailing the failure reason along with a link to reschedule or resend the invite.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Autonomous Sourcing Intelligent Intake, a user-friendly interface designed to streamline the request creation process for requesters. This innovative functionality leverages AI to enhance procurement efficiency by enabling users to create sourcing requests with general descriptions of their requirements.

We are excited to introduce Intelligent Formulas, a beta feature designed to help users create formulas in Keelvar using natural language prompts.

Supplier ID

We’re excited to announce that external supplier IDs can now be seamlessly transferred through our APIs during both intake and export processes. This enhancement allows for the integration of custom supplier IDs, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the entire sourcing lifecycle.

Push notifications

We have introduced the new Outbound Webhooks feature, which integrates seamlessly with our Export APIs to enable real-time push notifications. This eliminates the need for continuous polling by allowing users to create webhooks and subscribe to specific events. With this enhancement, you’ll receive instant updates whenever new data becomes available, streamlining your workflow and ensuring timely information delivery
