Manage rates

 

This section allows you to manage your rates card efficiently. You can filter and sort the information to focus on relevant data, and hide unnecessary fields for a streamlined experience. A Download option is available for easy offline access to your rates. You can also import new rates to keep your data updated, especially after redesigning your rate card. Additionally, you can add new rates as needed, ensuring flexibility in your pricing strategies.

  1. Filter: Filter rates by certain applied conditions
  2. Sort: Sort rates by certain applied conditions
  3. Hide fields: Select fields that you would like to hide
  4. Download: Download filtered rates, or all rates
  5. Import: Import rates by downloading the latest rate card design, making changes offline and uploading
  6. Add rate: Add a new rate
  7. View: Select between viewing Active rates, Active and archived rates, or Archived rates only

Filter rates

Filter rates using predefined conditions to sort data points and isolate those that meet specific criteria. 

To add a condition:

  1. Select Filter
  2. Click +Add condition
  3. Configure the field to pair with the relevant operator and value
  4. Click Save to add the condition

Sort rates

Organize the rates based on specific conditions that will dictate how the rates are arranged.

To sort rates:

  1. Select Sort
  2. Click +Add sort
  3. Configure the sorting field and direction
  4. Click Update results

To remove a sorting option, click the trash can icon. You can rearrange options using the up and down arrows, or click Clear sorting to remove all parameters.

Hide fields

Select each radio box for the field you would like hidden, or select Hide all to hide all fields.

Import rates

Import rates by downloading the latest rate card design, and making changes offline in Excel. Upload the modified rate card by dragging and dropping into the box, or uploading the completed file.
