Automatic Bidder groups

Purchasers can now create Automatic bidder groups based on predefined conditions, such as a Bidder's total score or the score from a specific question. Bidders are automatically grouped based on their performance, saving time and streamlining the evaluation process.

Additionally, this new feature makes it easier to utilize RFI scoring downstream in Scenarios, enabling seamless integration of scores for more efficient and data-driven decision-making.

Updated optional fields

You can now set default values for optional fields. Previously, all formula or feedback columns to were mandatory. Now, optional columns can also be used. If no value is entered by the Purchaser or Bidder, a placeholder known as Default Value will be used in the formula calculation.

Bonus/malus UI update

 A new user interface for the bonus/malus tab in and RFQ has been launched. This new design aims to enhance user experience by providing a more intuitive and visually appealing layout.
