You can configure these settings before or during an event.
RFI responses

The following options are available:
- Allow responses before round 1 start time
- Allow responses between rounds
- Block RFI responses after round 1 closes
- Block all RFI responses
To configure RFI responses, complete the following steps:

RFI Scoring
RFI scoring helps purchasers identify and shortlist suppliers that align with their priorities and prerequisites, making the supplier selection process more efficient and effective.
RFI Scoring is disabled by default and should be toggled on per event by the purchaser.
RFI Only
During the first round, bidder access will be limited to only the RFI page. Bidders will not have access to the bid sheet, discounts, or capacity pages until round 2.
