EcoVadis - Release Integrations

The new EcoVadis integration enriches supplier profiles with environmental assessment data, helping users make more informed, sustainability-focused sourcing decisions. It allows users to import EcoVadis sustainability scores, track assessment statuses, and initiate new assessment requests directly from supplier profiles. The integration will evolve to connect seamlessly with our other sourcing products, increasing its impact on procurement workflows.

Dashboard

The Dashboard tab is now hidden from Restricted Users. Restricted Users access to the dashboard will now be blocked by default, and Standard Users are able to view by default with the option for Org Owners to block. This allows Org Owners to have more control over the visibility of organizational metrics. 

Whatfix for RM

Whatfix initial release includes a basic tour of Rate Manager, in addition to more detailed tours of exploring a rate card in depth, how to create a new rate card, and how to add a rate. In order to access Whatfix content you must choose Accept All in the Keelvar cookie banner, which can be edited under your email address, then selecting Manage Cookies.

 

 

API Update for Existing Events

This update allows for adding or modifying the following: 

  • Users
  • Tags
  • Event Name
  • Test Status 

You can now update these items in existing events. A new API that extends our list of available public APIs, allowing users to modify event details post-publish. 

 

Sourcing Optimizer

Rate Manager export from SO

Users can now create new Rate Cards from a finished Sourcing Optimizer event. Once an event is awarded and closed, you will have the option to ‘Export to Rate Manager’ which will send your captured rates to be saved in a new Rate Card within Rate Manager.

Autonomous Sourcing

AS Request List Multi selection filter

The Autonomous Sourcing requests list now allows the user to filter by multiple BOTs. In the ‘Requests’ tab, use the BOT filter to view requests from any BOT or BOTs.
