🚀What's New
General Updates
Keelvar API - User Provisioning on Intake
A new feature that allows buyers to automatically create user accounts via our existing intake APIs, streamlining the user provisioning process.
Reduces the administrative burden for organization admins by automating user account creation, allowing for easier scaling of user access. This is expected to drive increased usage within large enterprises.
Sourcing Optimizer
Scenario - Rule Scoping
An enhancement to rule configuration that allows buyers to scope rules specifically to non-incumbents and select multiple lot and bidder groups when setting up rules.
Scenario - Pre-Screening
A new utility that checks for common sources of infeasibility—like capacity violations, or partial coverage—before running a custom award scenario.
Scenario - Allow users to define an alternative objective in their scenarios
We’ve introduced a new feature that gives you more control over how scenarios are optimised and reported. Previously, while you could include additional cost data (like historical cost or cost of change) for reporting, the primary cost function was always used for both reporting and optimisation.
With this update, you now have the option to optimize scenarios using any formula or numeric column—e.g. transit time or CO₂ emissions—while still reporting on a chosen cost function. By default, the current behaviour remains unchanged: the primary cost function continues to be used for both optimisation and reporting, unless you choose to override it at the scenario level.
