General Updates

Keelvar API - Supplier Management

New APIs let users add, archive, and manage suppliers programmatically. Centralized supplier profiles create a single source of truth, supporting consistent data use across events and future analytics. Lays the foundation for cross-event reporting and future capabilities like supplier recommendations, while streamlining supplier data management.

Outdated Bidder Invitations

Bidders can potentially receive thousands of invites per month issued by Autonomous Sourcing Bots. However, these invitations are not always accepted which causes them to stockpile and clutter their events list making it difficult to locate. With this new release, invitations to events that are already closed will no longer show up in the events list. This allows to remove the excess events that bidders are not interested in.

Sourcing Optimizer

Bidding Method chosen by default

When creating an RFQ event, the “using either” bidding method is chosen by default. This is to ensure both online and offline bidding is available to bidders when participating in an event.

Scenario - List UX

A redesigned Scenario List page featuring a modernized layout, enhanced visuals, and new functionality like scenario tagging, filtering, sorting, and improved bulk actions. Offers a cleaner, more intuitive experience for managing scenarios. Enhanced visuals and organization tools make it easier to explore, compare, and take action.

Multi Incumbency

Improved support for managing multiple incumbents. Users can configure more detailed incumbency data including historic shares, run scenarios that mirror historical awards, and differentiate between event- and item-level incumbents in analysis. Enables accurate “As Is” analysis, better benchmarking, and clearer trade-offs when considering new suppliers.
