Account Settings: Two factor authentication

For additional security, two factor authentication can be enabled on your account. Android and iOS smart phones have free applications that will generate a one time password to provide a second layer of authentication to login to Keelvar's Sourcing Optimizer. To start with, get setup with a TOTP compliant smart phone application. Google Authenticator and Authy are two such applications available on most smart phones.

The next step is to navigate to the Personal Setting section of your Account Settings. See the screenshot below highlighting the Two Factor Authentication section. You will have to first confirm your password before proceeding to configure two factor authentication.

Once you have entered your password, the following steps will be displayed. You will need to scan the QR code with your chosen smart phone application, and enter the generated number in Step 3. Click Enable to turn on two factor authentication.

The next time you login and after you enter your password you will be presented with an additional authentication input requesting the two factor authentication code. Simplify open your smart phone app and enter the current code it has generated to complete login.

Two factor authentication can also be disabled from Account Settings should you wish to turn it off. For administrations, you will be able to view what users have two factor authentication enabled from within the User management section.
