Multi-Language Support : How to Install The Google Translate Extension

The Google Translate Extension can assist in translating many different languages on your browser. To install google translate on your internet browser, carry out the following steps:

Go to ‘Google.com’ and search for ‘Google Translate Extension’. We will be installing the extension into Google Chrome in this example. Click the first search result ‘Google Translate – Chrome Web Store’ as shown below:

This will direct you to the Chrome Web Store where you can install the extension into your browser. Click the blue ‘Add to Chrome’ button in the top right hand corner as shown in Figure 2. If you are using Firefox, you will be presented with an option to install the extension in Firefox. You will be prompted to confirm to ‘Add the extension’ to your browser. Click ‘Add Extension’ as shown in the Figure 3 below:

Once the extension has been installed, you can use the extension to translate all content in the browser by selecting the Google Translate button in the top right of your browser and choosing any of 104 of languages to translate it to automatically.Screen_Shot_2018-05-15_at_09.27.50__1_.png

By clicking on the Google translate icon in the top right of your screen, a task bar will open at the top of the screen which will allow you to select from 1 of 104 available languages. In the case below, the text has been translated translated from 'Chinese' into 'Italian'.
