- Go to Design > Bid sheet.
- On the Overview tab, in the or start with a basic template area, click Download.
- Open the downloaded Excel file and create your bid sheet design. Complete the following steps for each column used:
- Select a data type from the Data Type list.
- Select who enters the data from the Input By list.
- Select whether or not the column is visible to the bidder from the Bidder Visible? list.
- Select whether or not the column is mandatory from the Mandatory? list.
- Optional: Select a column role from the Column Role list.
- Enter a name for the column in the Current Lot ID field.
- Save the Excel file.
After you complete your bid sheet design, upload it to Sourcing Optimizer to be imported and processed. Sourcing Optimizer validates your bid sheet during the upload process; the bid sheet will be rejected if there are validation issues.
