Deleting a lot

You cannot delete a lot after the event is published.

Delete a lot online

1. Go to Design > Bid Sheet.
2. Click the Lots tab.
3. Click the Delete icon next to the lot you want to delete.
4. Click Yes, delete lot.

Delete a lot offline

1. Go to Design > Bid Sheet.
2. Download the offline Bid Sheet

3. Clear the lots you want to delete, except the values in the Current Lot ID column

Do not delete the values in the blue column for Current Lot ID

4. Upload the bid sheet back and check that the correct lots are being deleted in the upload summary      before clicking on Confirm
