Global bid inputs refer to the various factors, data, or information used in the process of submitting bids or proposals on a global scale. Global bid inputs can take the format of questions asked to the supplier, or a purchaser input that is bidder-specific, which can be used in scenario building and analysis. Global bid input will appear at the top of the bid sheet and can be included in formulas or feedback.
You can add, arrange, edit, and delete global bid inputs on the Global bid inputs tab.
- Add and arrange global bid inputs: Add a global bid input using the Add global bid input button. Click the Arrange global bid inputs button to re-order global bid inputs.
- Delete all global bid inputs: Click the Actions icon to open the option to delete all global bid inputs.
- Global bid inputs overview: This table provides an overview of the global bid inputs. You can edit most global bid input properties in this table; click the Edit button for more advanced options. Click the Actions icon next to the Edit button to access the option to delete the Global bid input.
