Managing bidder access

  • Updated

You can manage the type of access each bidder has to an event:

  • Default: The bidder can access the event and bid.
  • Read-only: The bidder can access the event but cannot bid. The bidder can view the event and feedback updates when they log in. The bidder does not receive further round announcement emails.
  • Blocked: The bidder cannot access the event and cannot bid. The bidder cannot view the event or feedback updates. The bidder does not receive further round announcement emails.

You can manage bidder access in two locations: in the Manage bidder access area where you can manage access for individual bidders or bulk-manage access for all bidders; or from the Actions column on the Bidder activity overview table.
