You can filter the Bid Analysis table using the following criteria: Lot ID, Round, Bidder name, Rank, Value, and Adjusted value. You can apply multiple filters to the table at once.
If you select Value or Adjusted value as your filter option, an additional Operator dropdown list appears. The following operators are available:
- = equals
- < less than
- <= less than or equal to
- > greater than
- >= greater than or equal to
To filter the Bid Analysis table, complete the following steps:
- Go to Analyze > Bid Analysis.
- On the Table tab, in the top-left corner, select a filter option from the dropdown list.
- Depending on which column you selected, complete one of the following steps:
- If you selected Lot ID, Round, Bidder name, or Rank, enter text in the Search field.
- If you selected Value or Adjusted value, select an operator from the Operator dropdown list, and then enter a number in the Search field.
- If you selected Lot ID, Round, Bidder name, or Rank, enter text in the Search field.
- Click the Search icon.
The Bid Analysis table updates. - Optional: Repeat Steps 2-4 to apply additional filters.
