Adding a multi-round stage to an event using Autopilot

  1. Go to Design > Schedule.
  2. On the Schedule tab, in the right of the page, set the Autopilot toggle switch to ON.
  3. In the lower-right of the page, set the Event stages toggle switch to ON.
  4. In the Event schedule area, click Add a stage.
  5. For the newly created stage, click the Single-round dropdown, select Multi-round, and then click Save.
  6. Set the time that bidding starts for the stage. You can set a specific time or set the new stage to begin after the previous round closes.
    • To set a specific time for the round to begin, complete the following steps:
      1. In the Bidding starts section, click change.
      2. Click At specific time…
      3. In the Start date field, enter the start date in the form YYYY-MM-DD, or click the Calendar icon and select the date.
      4. In the Start time field, using the 24-hour format, enter the start time, or select the time using the arrows.
      5. Click save.
    • To set the round to begin after the previous round closes, complete the following steps:
      1. In the Bidding starts section, click change.
      2. Click Once previous stage closes…
      3. Click the Interval field.
      4. Select or enter the interval between the rounds using the days, hours, and minutes values.
      5. Click save.
  7. Set the round duration.
    1. In the Round duration area, click change.
    2. Click the Bidding time field, and select or enter the bidding time for the round using the days, hours, and minutes values.
    3. Click the Time between rounds field, and select or enter the interval between the rounds using the days, hours, and minutes values.
    4. Click save.
  8. Set the time that bidding ends for the stage.
    1. In the Bidding ends section, click change.
    2. In the End date field, enter the start date in the form YYYY-MM-DD, or click the Calendar icon and select the date.
    3. In the End time field, using the 24-hour format, enter the start time, or select the time using the arrows.
    4. Click save.
  9. Optional: Select the condition under which bidding can end early from the Condition list.
  10. Optional: Enter the number of rounds that must run before bidding can end in the Minimum rounds list.
  11. Select a scenario from the Preferred scenario list, and click save.
