In the Messaging section, you can configure the type of in-app communication you want to enable for the event.
- Go to Design > Overview.
- On the Event information tab, navigate to the Messaging section.
- Configure the messaging settings.
- To enable one-way communication from the purchaser to the bidder, set the Allow event organisers to send messages to bidder toggle switch to ON, and set the Allow bidders to send messages to event organisers toggle switch to OFF.
- To enable two-way communication between the purchaser and the bidder, set the Allow event organisers to send messages to bidder toggle switch to ON, and set the Allow bidders to send messages to event organisers toggle switch to ON.
- To disable communication between the purchaser and the bidder, set both toggle switches to OFF.
