In Sourcing Optimizer, icons are typically accompanied by descriptive text. However, in some instances, icons appear without text. Table 1 lists and describes the icons that feature in Sourcing Optimizer.

Actions icon | The Actions icon features throughout the application. Click the icon to open additional secondary actions that can be performed. | |
Add icon | The Add icon features in sections of the application where you can add or create elements. | |
Arrange icon | The Arrange icon features in sections of the application where you can reorder or sort elements. | |
Left arrow icon | The Left arrow icon features primarily as a pagination control to navigate through lists or pages. | |
Right arrow icon | The Right arrow icon features as a pagination control to navigate through lists or pages, but also to proceed to the next configurable step or action in the application. | |
Autopilot icon | The Autopilot icon features in sections of the application that relate to the Autopilot automation feature. | |
Back icon | The Back icon features in the top-left corner of nested pages. Click the icon to navigate back to the previous page. | |
Cancel icon | The Cancel icon features throughout the application when you can deselect or cancel an action. | |
Columns icon | The Columns icon features in sections relating to bid sheet configuration. Click the icon to open additional configurable column actions. | |

Gavel icon | The Gavel icon features on the Events page. Hover over the icon to display the number of bidders who have placed bids out of the number of invited bidders for the event. Click the icon to go directly to the Bidders page of the Bid menu. | |
Information icon | The Information icon features throughout the application to convey important information to the user and typically appears with accompanying text. | |
Order icon | The Order icon features in sections of the application where you can arrange lists of items. Click and drag the icon to move the item to a new position. | |
Pause icon | The Pause icon features in the top-left of the event navigation menu when an event is active, and in the bid management sections of the application. Click the icon to pause the event. | |
