Gating questions are a powerful feature in online bidding and event management, streamlining bidder participation and enhancing security. They provide an added layer of security by enabling Events to be gated and kept confidential, safeguarding sensitive information from unauthorized access. Users can choose between single or double gating options, granting Bidders the freedom to select from multiple choices, while purchasers maintain control by defining acceptable answers for access.

The Bid sheet tab, Discounts tab and capacity tab will remain gated until the Bidder has answered the Event gating questions. Bidders are also unable to access the events currencies and rates, supporting documents, validation rules and RFI questions.
