Importing RFI questions allows bidders to manage responses efficiently, facilitating offline preparation and easy upload of answers.
Uploading and downloading RFI responses is allowed only after passing event gating. Responses for event gating cannot be modified in the file download.
File upload questions must be answered online.
Download RFI questions
To download the RFI questions:
- Complete all event gating questions if there are any
- Click on Import answers
- Download the questions file by selecting Download
- Select Confirm to download
Upload RFI answers
To upload your RFI answers:
- Answer the RFI questions and click on Import answers
- On the Import answers page in the Upload section, drag and drop a file, or choose a file to upload
- The RFI summary will confirm the data to be uploaded and is separated by action
- Select Confirm to upload
View upload history
On the Import answers page in the Download section, click View upload history
