Using the Keelvar Support Portal
You can navigate between each section of the Keelvar Support Portal using the tabs at the top of the page. The column at the left side of each section lists the articles under their relevant subsections. You can navigate each section using this list or by using the Previous article and Next article navigation at the bottom of each article.
You can also use the Search bar at the top of the page to search the Keelvar Support Portal. A list of available articles containing the search term in the title displays as you type. This can be a useful way to quickly find the documentation you require. For a more expansive search, you can also type a search term and press Enter to see a list of all articles containing the search term.
The Keelvar Support Portal features four main sections.
Sourcing Optimizer User Guide
A comprehensive user guide featuring help articles, instructions, and examples for purchasers using Sourcing Optimizer. The structure of the guide follows the menu and submenu system of Sourcing Optimizer.
Autonomous Sourcing User Guide
Supporting documentation for purchasers using Autonomous Sourcing.
Bidder User Guide
A quick start guide featuring help articles, instructions, and videos for bidders using Sourcing Optimizer.
Release Notes
Product release notes for new features, updates, and bug fixes.
