Introduction to the Bid Hub - Tenders

The Bid Hub Tenders tab provides a centralized interface for managing complex bidding events. This guide details the organization of events through category tabs, the application of advanced filters for refined visibility, and the execution of participation actions. It facilitates the efficient monitoring of event statuses and team involvement across various auction formats.

Bid Hub: Tenders Tab Management

The Tenders tab provides a comprehensive overview of large-scale and complex bidding events. This interface facilitates the organization and management of participating events, offering advanced filtering tools and real-time status indicators.

Interface Components

  • A. Category Tabs: Four distinct views located at the top of the page for event organization:
    • All: Displays every event associated with the account.
    • Active: Contains events currently open for participation/bidding.
    • Favorites: Displays events marked with the Star icon that have been marked as favorites
    • Archived: Contains events previously moved to the archive.
  • B. Filters: Tools to refine the homepage view using single or multiple criteria:
    • Event Name: Filters by name, welcome message content, Event ID, or purchaser organization.
    • Close date: Limits results to specific timeframes, including one week prior and one week ahead of the current date.
    • Event state: Segregates events by Not started, Open, or Finished status.
    • Bid status: Filters by Submitted or Not submitted.
    • Event type: Refines by format, including RFQ, English Auction, or Dutch Auction.
  • C. Event List Table: Displays critical event data, including the hyperlinked Event Name, Purchaser Organization, assigned team members, event status, and bid status.
  • D. Actions: Functional triggers located on the far right of the table:
    • Pending Invitations: Presents options to Accept or Reject participation.
    • Accepted Invitations: Presents options to Open, Favorite, or Archive the event.
  • Pagination Controls: Facilitates navigation across multiple event pages. Use these controls to select the number of rows displayed per page.
