Bid Hub - Analytics

The Bid Hub Analytics page provides comprehensive data on the performance benefits of Keelvar's Dynamic and Autonomous bidding. Users can access all-time metrics, including extra margin and business awarded, and perform side-by-side comparisons of manual versus autonomous bidding performance across customizable date ranges. This guide outlines how to navigate the interface and interpret key bidding efficiency metrics.

Accessing Bid Hub Analytics

The Bid Hub Analytics page allows you to visualize the measurable benefits of Keelvar's Dynamic and Autonomous bidding directly from your data.

To access the Analytics page:

  1. Hover over the Bid Hub icon on the sidebar.
  2. Click Analytics.

All-Time Metrics

The top section of the page displays cumulative data since your account activation:

  • Extra Margin: The total additional margin secured, calculated as awarded spend exceeding the defined walkaway price.
  • Business Awarded: The sum of all total spend awarded through the platform.
  • Item Summary: A granular breakdown including all-time win rates, total awarded items, total unawarded items, and participation rates (items invited vs. items bid).

Performance Comparison

The lower section provides a side-by-side comparison of Manual versus Autonomous bidding performance. Use the Date Range filter to adjust the calculation period.

The following comparative metrics are provided:

  • Win rate: The percentage of requests won relative to the total number of submitted bids.
  • Extra margin: The specific amount of extra margin achieved within the selected timeframe.
  • Average Awarded Value: The mean spend awarded per individual item or request.
  • Average time to first bid: The average duration from when a request was released to the submission of your first bid.
  • Average time between bid updates: The mean time elapsed between successive bid updates on a single item.
  • Average number of bids per quote: The average frequency of bid adjustments placed on an individual request.
