Resetting your password

This article provides instructions for resetting a Keelvar account password. It outlines the process from the login page through to the final password change, ensuring users can regain access to the platform securely and efficiently.

If a password is forgotten, follow the steps below to reset it from the Keelvar login page.

Password reset process

  1. Go to https://app.keelvar.com.
  2. Select Forgot password.
  3. Enter the account email address in the Email field.
  4. Select Reset. Keelvar sends an email containing a password reset link.
  5. In the Reset your Keelvar password email, select Reset my password. The Keelvar registration page opens.
  6. Create a new password:
    1. Enter the new password in the New Password field.
    2. Re-enter the password in the Confirm New Password field.
  7. Select Change password.
