Setting up your account/Account Verification

This guide outlines the registration and verification process for new Keelvar accounts. It details browser recommendations, profile configuration, and mandatory password security requirements. Following initial registration, users must verify the account via email to activate access. Adherence to specific password complexity standards is required for successful activation and enhanced security.

Account setup and verification

Following receipt of an invitation email, the registration process must be completed to access the Keelvar platform.

Note: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is recommended for the best experience with the platform.

Registration process

  1. In the invitation email, select Create Account. The Keelvar account registration page opens with the Email field prefilled.
  2. Enter the first name in the First Name field.
  3. Enter the last name in the Last Name field.
  4. Enter the company name in the Organization Name field.
  5. Select the local time zone from the Time Zone list.
  6. Optional: Enter a contact number in the Telephone field.
  7. Optional: Enter the business sector in the Industry field.
  8. Review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  9. Select I agree to Keelvar’s Terms Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  10. Select Register.

Account verification

Following successful registration of account details, Keelvar dispatches an email for account verification.

Password requirements: To verify the account, a password must be created that fulfills the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 10 characters
  • At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
  1. In the Verify your Keelvar account email, select Activate my account. The password registration page opens.
  2. Create a new password:
    1. Enter the password in the New password field.
    2. Re-enter the password in the Confirm new password field.
  3. Select Change password.
