Whitelisting the Keelvar domain

Email invitations from Keelvar can be diverted to spam or junk folders by default email rules. Whitelisting the keelvar.com domain in the email account settings ensures that event invitations and platform notifications arrive in the inbox. This article covers the whitelist procedure for Outlook and Gmail. Bidders relying on Keelvar Support email replies should also whitelist the keelvar.zendesk.com domain.

Due to predefined email rules or filters, email invitations to events may be automatically diverted to your spam or junk folder.

If you are expecting an event invitation and have not received it, check your spam or junk folder.

To ensure that you receive invitations to bidding events and other notifications, whitelist the Keelvar domain in your email account settings.

Whitelisting the Keelvar domain in Outlook

  1. Sign in to the Outlook Web App.
  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Settings icon.
  3. In the bottom-right corner of the page, click View all Outlook settings.
  4. In the Settings menu, click Mail.
  5. Click Junk email.
  6. In the Safe senders and domains section, click Add.
  7. In the provided field, enter keelvar.com
  8. Click Save.

Whitelisting the Keelvar domain in Gmail

  1. Sign in to your Gmail account.
  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Settings icon, and then click Settings.
  3. In the horizontal Settings menu, click Filters and Blocked Addresses.
  4. Click Create a new filter.
  5. In the From field, enter keelvar.com
  6. Click Create filter.
  7. In the When a message arrives that matches this search window, select the Never send it to Spam checkbox.
  8. Click Create filter.
