Event invitations are managed by the purchaser organization. However, as a Bidder, once you are invited to an event, you can add other team members or forward the invitation directly from Keelvar.
Adding team members or forwarding invitations can only be performed at event level. It is not possible to re-direct all event invites to another user. If you or any of your team members want to be regularly added to sourcing events, address your request to the purchaser as they can add new users to open events and keep the contact details for future tenders.
Add a Team Member
You can add team members as users for an event on the Overview tab in the event.
- On the Overview tab in the event, in the Team members section on the right side of the page, click Add a team member
- Enter their full name in the Name field, and enter their email address in the Email field
- Click Add to team
An email will be sent to a user to allow them to register and accept the invitation. If the user already has a Keelvar account, the invite email will contain a link to accept the invitation. From here the team member will appear under their Team members as invited until they've accepted the invite to the team.
To remove a team member from an event, in the Team members area, click on the Edit icon next to the team member's name, and then click Remove from team.
Forward an event invitation
A Bidder can also add uninvited team members by forwarding the invite directly from Keelvar, or by forwarding the invite email to other users.
Upon receiving an invitation, the user must register with Keelvar if they haven't already. The event will then appear in their invites. The purchaser will be notified of this request and will have the option to grant access to the new user.
