The Bidder home page is the dashboard a bidder lands on after logging into Keelvar. Category tabs (All, Active, Favorites, Archived) organize sourcing events; filters narrow the list by close date, event state, and bid status. Each event card shows the purchaser organization, team members, round countdown, a Bid indicator (gavel icon) showing whether a bid has been placed, and Actions for opening, favoriting, or archiving. The Support widget surfaces top knowledge base articles.
The homepage of offers a comprehensive overview of all bidding activities. It allows you to organize and manage the events that you are participating on. You can also refine your view using various filters, and access high-level event details and status indicators.
Category Tabs: Organize events by status across five primary views:
- All: This shows all events that you are participating on
- Invited: Displays pending event invitations with a live badge counter indicating unhandled invites
- Active: Here you will find all events that are currently live
- Favorites: You can set events as favorites by clicking the star icon, favorites event will show here.
- Archived: Events that you have archived
- Search & Filters: You can refine the homepage using one or multiple of the following filters:
- Event Name & Search Bar: Filter or search directly by event title or Event ID
- Close date: Limits results by close date ranges
- Event state: Segregates events by stage (e.g., Not started, Open, or Finished)
- Bid status: Filters events by submission status (e.g., Submitted or Not submitted)
Event type: Filters by event format (e.g., RFQ, English Auction, Dutch Auction)
Status: This indicator tells you when the current round or stage is set to finish or was completed
Bid Status: This indicator shows whether you've placed a bid
- Actions: Under the Actions button, you can open the event, add it to your Favorites, or Archive the event
You must accept an event invitation by going to Invited to see the event displayed on your home page.
