Keelvar bidder portal walkthrough covering login, event navigation, and bid submission. Log in using the email address the invitation was sent to, then click "Accept and Open" to access the event. A support widget is available on every page to search the knowledge base or raise a support ticket.
The navigation bar at the bottom of the page moves between different sections of the event. A countdown timer shows the remaining time to submit responses or bids for the current stage. Bidders who choose not to participate can formally decline using a dedicated option, which notifies the buyer.
The event overview displays a unique event ID, the localized time zone, and the opening and closing dates for the round. A real-time task list tracks bidder progress, such as whether supporting documents have been downloaded or the RFI has been completed.
The Documents section contains all files provided by the purchaser, including terms and conditions and item specifications. When enabled, the Messages page displays in-app messages exchanged between the purchaser and the bidder.
The RFI section requires responses to all gating and mandatory questions. Gating questions must be answered to unlock the bid sheet. A counter shows how many RFI questions have been completed.
From the Bid Sheet tab, bids can be submitted online by clicking "Bid online" or submitted offline. Yellow cells are bidder-input fields. Bids and all required information must be entered for each lot the bidder wants to bid on. To abstain from bidding on a specific lot, all cells in that row must be left empty.
