How to reset a forgotten password for a Keelvar bidder account. On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter the email address associated with the bidder account. Submit the email address to receive a password reset link. Open the email from Keelvar and click "Reset my password." Create a new password meeting the listed requirements; a check mark appears next to each requirement as it is satisfied. Once the password is updated, select "Continue to log in" to be redirected to Bid Hub.
