Logging in to your account

This guide explains how to access the Keelvar platform using standard login credentials or Single Sign-On (SSO). It provides step-by-step authentication instructions and essential troubleshooting advice, including important clarifications on managing password resets via external Identity Providers when SSO is enabled.

Logging in normally

Follow these steps to log in to the Keelvar platform using your standard credentials:

  1. Go to https://my.keelvar.app.
  2. Enter your email address in the Email field.
  3. Enter your password in the Password field.
  4. Click Log in.

Log in with SSO

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication system that enables access to multiple systems using a single set of identification credentials. If your organization has enabled SSO, you can use these credentials to access the Keelvar platform.

Login steps

To log in using SSO, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to https://app.keelvar.com.
  2. Click Log in with SSO.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your organization's SSO in the Email field.
  4. Click Log in.

Note on Password Resets: When using SSO, the Forgot password feature within Keelvar is disabled. You must manage password resets through your organization's Identity Provider (IdP).

Troubleshooting and support

If you encounter issues during the SSO login process, take the following actions:

  • Contact your internal IT team or system administrator to verify your SSO credentials and permissions.
  • If the issue persists after internal troubleshooting, contact the Keelvar Support Team.
