Bidder registration

To create a Keelvar account, you must first be invited to a sourcing event. You can be invited to an event by a purchaser organization or by one of your colleagues.

Once you are invited to an event, you will receive an email invitation containing a registration link. This link will allow you to create and activate your new Keelvar account. 

This is a quick and easy process that usually takes less than 5 minutes to complete.

Receive and invitation

After you receive an invite email, you can register your details and set up your Keelvar account.

  1. In the invite email you receive, click Accept Invitation.
  2. A screen will open to confirm if you already have an account. Click on No, Register.
  3. The Keelvar account registration page opens. 

Register

Once the registration page opens you can fill in your account details.

  1. Enter your first name in the First Name field
  2. Enter your last name in the Last Name field
  3. Enter the organization’s name in the Organization Name field
  4. Select your time zone from the Timezone list
  5. Optional: Enter your contact telephone number in the Telephone field
  6. Optional: Enter your industry in the Industry field
  7. Review Keelvar’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and then click the I agree to Keelvar’s Terms Conditions and Privacy Policy
  8. Click Register

Verify your account

After you successfully register your account details, Keelvar sends you an email asking you to verify and activate your account. In the Verify your Keelvar account email, click Activate my Account. The Keelvar password registration page opens.

Create Password

After clicking Activate my Account, you will be prompted to create your password. The password must meet the requirements listed in this screen. 

  1. Create your password
    • Enter a password in the New Password field.
    • Re-enter the password in the Confirm New Password field.
  2. Click Change password
  3. Click Continue to log in
