This demo shows how to navigate and filter a supplier-facing sourcing event dashboard. The All tab displays every sourcing event you are participating in. The Invited tab shows pending event requests that must be accepted before the event appears on the main dashboard. The Active tab filters the view to events currently open for bidding. The Favourites tab shows events marked with a star icon. The Archived tab stores past or hidden events, keeping the main workspace uncluttered while retaining historical data.
Search and filtering options include an Event name dropdown that searches by Event Name, Welcome Message, Event ID, or Purchaser Organization, and a keyword Search bar for locating specific events. The Close date filter narrows events by deadline timeframe, such as the next 24 hours or next 7 days. The Event state filter sorts events by their current status: Open, Paused, or Finished. The Bid status filter separates events where a bid has already been submitted from those still requiring action. The Event type filter sorts events by sourcing event format.
