Bidder invitations on Keelvar are managed by the customer (buyer) and sent to specific email addresses. Keelvar support cannot alter invite lists or redirect invitations to different emails. If you need to change the email address receiving the invitation, you must contact the customer directly. For adding colleagues, you can either add them to your team in Keelvar or forward the event invitation email to them. If you need further assistance, refer to the event invitation email for the customer's contact information or use the messaging function in the event.

This means the only way to change who receives an invitation is to contact the customer directly. Keelvar support can not make any changes to a customer's invite list. We can not re-direct invites to any different emails. Even if your account is removed a customer may still continue to invite you. The only solution is contacting them directly and asking them to update it.

If you’ve been invited to a sourcing event on Keelvar, it’s important to know that your email access and permissions are entirely managed by the customer (buyer) who invited you. For security and transparency, Keelvar cannot update, change, or reassign your email address or login credentials on your behalf.
What Should You Do if You Need to Change Your (or a colleague's) Email?
If you’ve received an invitation to a sourcing event and need it to go to a different email address, you’ll need to contact the customer who sent you the invite directly. Only they can make changes to the invite list and reissue invitations to a different contact.
