I see a 'Token has expired.' message. What does that mean?

For security reasons, when you receive a password reset or registration email, you must click on the button/link and take action within the following timeframe:

  • Password reset time-out: 1 hour

  • Registration time-out: 7 days

If you try entering a new password after this time, either to reset your password or complete your registration, then you'll receive the 'Token has expired.' message.

You'll need to reset your password. Follow these steps

  1. Go to 

  2. Click on 'Reset password' (below the 'Log In' button)

  3. Enter your e-mail address and click 'Reset password'

Reset your password using the link in the email that's sent to you.
